Your Privacy
We care a great deal about your privacy and will never give out any information we hold on you to any third party. Such information includes e-mail address, alternate usernames, IP addresses and any personal information you might volunteer to the management. You have the right to contact us at anytime and find out what information we hold on you, if any.

Ban Enquiries
Because we care about your privacy, we will not discuss anyone's banning or answer any ban-related enquiries in the public domain. All ban-enquiries must be made to us via our contact form only. All enquiries made via our forums or chat client, whether in public or private chat, will be ignored in your best interest.

How We Use Your Information
The only information FCSupport staff can see is your IP address, this is to help them identify trouble makers.

Your IP address identifies your connection to the internet. We use this information to ban you from our services if you have been in serious breach of our TOS and so police can trace you if you breach the law.

Transcripts
Due to recent U.S legislation we are required by law to keep a record of all conversations held on the chat client - public and private. Transcripts can only be seen by staff management, not support staff.

Transcripts are never looked into unless a complaint has been made via the contact form. Again, only the top management of Friendly Chat has access to these e-mails. We take your privacy very seriously.

Private transcripts are kept on record, locked safely away on a secure server incase of any future police inquiries (such as if there's been an allegation of serious sexual harassment or stalking).

Your Rights Of Knowledge
You have every right to know what, if any, information we hold against you. If you'd like to know simply contact us and we will happily tell you.

Your IP Address
Your IP address along with all usernames you login with are logged on third party servers. Our software is provided by ChatBlazer. If you require information on how or where your IP addresses and usernames are logged you may contact them here.

We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
